Trina TSM-DE19 550W Local

Based on the 210mm large-size silicon wafer and monocrystalline PERC cell, the Vertex comes with several innovative design features allowing high power output of more than 560W. Excellent temperature coefficient and low irradiation performance brings greater power. Furthermore, benefiting from square mono cells and high-density encapsulation technology, the efficiency of Vertex can reach up to 21.4%.

Integration of Innovative Technologies: High-density Interconnect Technologies and MBB

On the base of its superior multi-busbar technology, Trina Solar’s research and development team has introduced an innovative design that integrates non-destructive cutting and high-density encapsulation technologies. The multi-busbar technology, with the capability to increase the light absorption, is a perfect match with the large-area cell. Technology integrations enable the Vertex to achieve higher power and power generation capacity per watt.

High Reliability

With stronger resistance against hotspots and excessive temperature, Vertex modules maintain high reliability. The application of multi-busbar cells results in more uniform loads to prevent stress, resulting in better performance even in case of slight cracking. Nowadays the market share of PV modules featuring MBB technology is dominant in the global solar industry.

High customer value

  • Lower LCOE (Levelized Cost Of Energy), reduced BOS (Balance of System) cost, shorter payback time
  • Lowest guaranteed 1rst year and annual degradation;
  • Designed for compatibility with existing mainstream system components

High power up to 555W

  • Up to 21.2% module efficiency with high density interconnect technology
  • Multi-busbar technology for better light trapping effect, lower series resistance and improved current collection

High reliability

  • Minimized micro-cracks with innovative non-destructive cutting technology
  • Ensured PID resistance through cell process and module material control
  • Mechanical performance up to 5400 Pa positive load and 2400 Pa negative load

High energy yield

  • Excellent IAM (Incident Angle Modifier) and low irradiation performance, validated by 3rd party certifications
  • The unique design provides optimized energy production under inter-row shading conditions
  • Lower temperature coefficient (-0.34%) and operating temperature
